Honda's 2020 Honda Civic Is North America's Car of The Year

What makes a car great? This definition, by automotive experts at Pirelli has its own unique criteria of judging cars. A car can be named 'Civic' if it meets some specific criteria and some special characteristics. There are other attributes, like being fully electric or plug-in electric, four wheels drive, having a 1.4L to 2.0L gasoline/electric power engine, all wheels drive, an efficient suspension, the ability to offer several body styles, automatic air conditioning, and many more advanced features.

The first time I saw this car, my immediate reaction was 'wow!'. It was definitely stunning to look at. To see something so beautiful on wheels that could do a lot of things - what else would a person want? And to think, these wheels are going to have a limited lifespan and will make it obsolete! How does one not take advantage of this beauty? But then again, you can't stay in love with everything forever! So, I must say thank you for considering me as the 2021 NACTOY.

The Civic belongs to the world series; hence, they made a new model, completely redesigned and improved the interior of this amazing vehicle from previous models like 2019 CIVIC and 2020 CIVIC. Now let's take a closer look at the exterior and interior of this beautiful machine.

The front of the Civic features a 9.9 inch wide F1-round light alloy wheel, which is covered with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires and with an anti-glare coating. Furthermore, it also comes in different colors such as black, white, red, blue etc., as well as it has two different color schemes to choose from which include classic chrome body, silver frame etc. It has a 3rd-row fold down rear seat, has LED taillights and underfloor lights that gives off a cool vibe and provides security. Other important features on the outside of this car include 17-inch, 8-inch display audio system, dual-tone paint, side mirrors, split rear seats which are convertible into full-floor space and has many storage options to accommodate any luggage.

Inside, there is leather and polycarbonate materials, heated seats, 7-inch digital instrument cluster, Bose 10 speaker audio system, wireless phone charging pad, touchpad and USB port along with many safety features. On the inside, you can find plenty of USB ports for multiple devices and chargeable accessories for your personal items. For me, I will choose our very own Electric Charge Pack for recharging our phones and laptops. After driving this thing to work, I know the rest is history. Especially when we were shopping for our second car, it is the perfect fit for this brand.

The next vehicle is called the “Sedan”. You wouldn't even think it was a sedan. As mentioned earlier, it looks similar to a Mercedes, but instead of putting on a dark paint job in silver, it’s got a gorgeous grey exterior with glossy black wheels under a golden brown roof. The Sedan's interior includes leather seats and wood-style trim the door of each side of the car is wrapped with a huge faux leather wrap which actually adds style to the car. Although it doesn't have much storage, the driver's seat has 4 different storage areas to keep our stuff easily accessible and convenient. Moreover, it features a large flat floor while the back seat has plenty of room for any luggage. Because this car can do so much, it really deserves this recognition.

While everyone is aware about their current cars, many people still don't consider their new ones. While I am looking forward to the launch of the Tesla Model Y, I already own another car on the market. My wife and I bought Audi RS3. I thought it was too expensive at the moment, so I decided to buy her Audi RS5. We have been together since January of 2018 and she is my absolute dream girl. Even though her cars aren't high tech, it still feels like a car. She drove just like me when we had the pleasure of sharing the driving control, and although it's too big and noisy for our liking, we are willing to compromise. Her Audi RS5 can handle us even better than before, and I want to get her Audi RS5 in the future. I believe the Sedan and the S-line Audi RS5 are two incredible vehicles that deserve more attention. Especially after seeing the S-line Audi RS5, that car deserves to be taken seriously.

So, what about those who don't have any of these cars on their list? They don’t have to worry because the Civic is the official car of the city of New York. Since it is officially certified as the most powerful car in NYC, it has many privileges which include:

The company didn’t give a single passenger to test the performance and the quality of the car by testing them in their localities for a month and a half. However, we are currently working on a pilot program where we plan to pay for the entire week of testing in order to improve the experience for our visitors when they visit the city. So, for now, the City is able to make adjustments to the overall traffic flow on Manhattan. Also, thanks to the state Transport Authority, in New York, you can enjoy all public transport. It offers extensive and comprehensive transportation services like buses, trains, trams and subway systems. In New York City, it allows passengers to skip, park in a car park, and use a variety of methods to commute.

For example, the MTA's Tram Line is the only way you can enjoy the streets in the East Village and the Upper West Side.

The New-York Times reports that "New Yorkers should expect a crowded commuter train on weekend evenings", meaning no more than 18 passengers will be allowed on a tram or subway platform when using it. Most riders choose to ride with the window open for fresh air and fresh scenery. For people who prefer private spaces, the Tram Line and buses are the best option for commuters.

As for the Bus-Line, here you can reach any part of the city in 5 minutes at a certain cost. By using the same method, you can access every corner of Manhattan. Yes, you can still save money by choosing the cheaper alternative, however, it is much easier and faster than the others. At present, it is considered as one of the most popular modes which is used for both locals and residents as well. And thanks to its affordable prices, it remains one the fastest means. People don't want to miss out on any opportunity to go somewhere and go somewhere.

And finally, we must discuss the taxi drivers. Who doesn't like talking to a nice gentleman on the street? Many of them are scared of getting hurt, or maybe feel nervous during a call, but this kind of attitude doesn't need to be! Just download their application and start calling to have a pleasant conversation with a man (or woman) sitting across the street who will be ready to help you when needed. Thanks to modern technology, today you can ask Siri or Alexa to call a cab. Or Google Assistant can help with your navigation. We all need a little assistance to feel comfortable and confident during times like this. When you use one of those apps, you not only get yourself to some place but also help someone around you. And what better way to feel happy than knowing that you have helped someone somewhere in the city?

There are many ways to go home. Besides taking a Taxi, I am always glad to bring comfort to myself and my family, especially in these times. The pandemic has made a huge impact on everyone’s lives. But thanks to the wonderful neighbors of mine, for allowing me to come over to their house. Through the Internet, which is very helpful for us in times like this. And by the neighborhood kids for walking around the neighbourhood without bothering anyone there. Thanks for your kindness, respect and consideration. Thanks to all for helping us in these difficult times. Until next year, we hope you to stay safe and healthy too!
